I started growing a passion for childhood sleep after having my daughter in September of 2019. As an infant she was a pretty good sleeper but around 4 months old constant night wakings and all day exhaustion became my norm - yes, that 4th Month Sleep Regression really is a thing! I started diving deep into Sleep Science and Sleep Training Methods.
While working on my certification from the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management, I was able to solve my own daughter’s sleep problems in just 3 nights!
